Profile

The account profile page shows the account email and the associated Gravatar. If you don’t have a Gravatar account we use the first letter of the account name or the account email, in that order of priority.

You can also add your name and company name, and a name for the account. This is useful if you have mutliple Librato accounts and you use the “Collaborators” feature, the account name will make it easier to identify accounts when switching contexts.

One word of caution if you are thinking of changing the email on your account: Changing your email may stop data collection as metrics are authenticated with both the email and a token.

When you set up Librato for a team, we recommend you use a generic email alias such as ops@domain.com or librato@domain.com and then add team members as collaborators.
